We work with mutual banks, non-bank financial institutions, statutory authorities and affordable housing providers to develop new funds management platforms, enabling them to access new capital and providing wholesale investors with exposure to new asset classes.

We established a new to market asset management business in 2019 focused on a diversified portfolio of mid-scale “build to sell” property developments. We maintain a shareholding in the manager, invest in its funds and provide it ongoing services.
